A freshwater lagoon on the southeastern coast of Bribie Is that is intermittently used by a variety of migratory shorebirds. The attractiveness of the site varies with water level in the lagoon and the amount of disturbance on the nearby Buckley’s Hole sandspit (BHBI).

A good place to see: Comb-crested Jacana, Beach Stone-curlew
